| Leaders UK is an innovative leadership programme. It is designed to create leaders for the whole public service system by working collaboratively with people in all the many and varied organisations involved in delivering public services and policy. If you are on your way to becoming a top leader in any part of the public, private or voluntary sectors this programme is for you.
This programme has been developed because the top leaders of the public, private and voluntary sectors see a need to build collaborative leadership capacity to shape the way we deliver policy, improve services and achieve positive outcomes for consumers and citizens. Leadership within organisations is important, but more important is the capacity to get things done across organisational boundaries, in complex systems that need to integrate an enormous array of policies and resources
Cohort 4 starts on 4th March 2009 and runs to 12th November 2010. Deadline for receipt of applications extended to 15th February 2009
